Metal complex, modified compound thereof and useful compound thereof

A compound comprising:

• residues derived from a compound represented by the following Formula (1);
• and
• a divalent aromatic group which may have a substituent,
• wherein number of the residues is 2 to 4, number of the divalent aromatic group is 1 to 3, and sum of the numbers of the residues and the divalent aromatic group is 3 to 5.
• in the formula (1), each of Y1, Y2, Y3, and Y4 independently represents a group represented by any one of the following formulae:
• (wherein, each Rα independently represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbyl group);
• P1 represents an atomic group forming a heterocyclic ring containing Y1;
• P2 represents an atomic group forming a heterocyclic ring containing Y2;
• P3 represents an atomic group forming a heterocyclic ring containing Y3;
• P4 represents an atomic group forming a heterocyclic ring containing Y4;
• each of P5 and P6 independently represents an atomic group forming an aromatic ring or a heterocyclic ring;
• each of the heterocyclic rings formed by P1, P2, P3 and P4 and the aromatic ring and heterocyclic ring formed by P5 and P6 may have a substituent respectively;
• P1 and P2 may bind to each other to form a ring together with Q1;
• P2 and P6 may bind to each other to form a ring;
• P6 and P4 may bind to each other to form a ring;
• P4 and P3 may bind to each other to form a ring together with Q2;
• P3 and P5 may bind to each other to form a ring;
• P5 and P1 may bind to each other to form a ring;
• each of Q1 and Q2 independently represents a linking group or a direct bond;
• and each of Z1 and Z2 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a group represented by any one of the following formulae:
• ORβ,SRβ,PRβ2 [Chemical Formula 3]
• (wherein, each Rβ independently represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbyl group.).
