Abstract
A baking pan including a body and a detachable base, wherein the body includes at least one wall and the base includes a rigid portion and a flexible seal, the seal being located between the rigid portion and the body. In a further embodiment, the body includes at least one wall and a flexible seal, the seal being located between the base and the body.

A baking pan comprising a body and a detachable part, wherein the body comprises at least one side wall defining a first opening and the detachable part comprises a rigid portion that is able to be arranged to close the first opening;
- the baking pan further comprising a flexible seal, the seal being located between the rigid portion and the side wall of the base when the detachable part closes the first opening.
A detachable part base for use in a baking pan comprising a rigid portion and a flexible seal, the seal being arranged on a side of the detachable part and adapted to provide a seal between at least one side wall of the baking pan body and the rigid portion of the detachable part, when the detachable part closes the opening of the baking pan.
