Abstract
The disclosure provides a personal portable device with at least two compartments, where one compartment comprises a substrate, such as a towel, and the other compartment contains a solvent, such as an anti-microbial solvent or cleansing solvent, where the device introduces or impregnates the solvent into the substrate, and where the substrate of the device can be heated.

A portable system for personal hygiene that comprises, in combination,
- a first compartment configured for containing a substrate,
- a second compartment configured for containing a solvent,
- wherein one or both compartments comprise a frangible region that can be opened or ruptured,
- wherein opening or rupturing the frangible region allows the solvent to contact and absorb into the at least one substrate, where maintaining the frangible region prevents the solvent from contacting the at least one substrate,
- and further comprising a member that is manually operable by user that opens or ruptures the frangible region.
