The composition of claim 7 wherein the targeting moiety is a peptide, folic acid or a carbohydrate.
A method for making PAA nanoparticles containing a photosensitizer and an imaging agent by covalently bonding a fluorophore onto a preprepared PAA nanoparticle and then post loading a photosensitizer onto the pre-prepared PAA nanoparticle.
