Abstract
The invention provides a human signal peptide-containing proteins (SIGP) and polynucleotides which identify and encode SIGP. The invention also provides expression vectors, host cells, antibodies, agonists, and antagonists. The invention also provides methods for treating or preventing disorders associated with expression of SIGP.

1-23. (canceled)
An isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least about 80% amino acid sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:9, wherein the polypeptide comprises at least one functional or structural characteristic of human signal peptide-containing proteins (SIGP).
A method of treating a cancer in a subject in need comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- (a) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least about 80% amino acid sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:9, wherein the polypeptide comprises at least one functional or structural characteristic of human signal peptide-containing proteins (SIGP);
- and
- (b) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
