Abstract
Disclosed is an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a program storage medium which can present associated information related to a document to be processed to a user. An accumulation block accumulates a database of associated information. A presentation block presents to the user the associated information corresponding to the document to be processed at occurrence of an event. An agent control block controls the manner of displaying an agent for example.
Claims18
An information processing apparatus, comprising:
- an electronic mail receiving detection device configured to receive electronic mail;
- an extraction device configured to extract a keyword from the received electronic mail;
- a search device configured to search a database using the extracted keyword to retrieve associated information;
- and
- a display configured to display the associated information.
An information processing method, comprising:
- receiving electronic mail;
- extracting a keyword from the received electronic mail;
- searching a database using the extracted keyword to retrieve associated information;
- and
- displaying the associated information.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a program that, when executed by a computer, causes the computer to perform an information processing method, comprising:
- receiving electronic mail;
- extracting a keyword from the received electronic mail;
- searching a database using the extracted keyword to retrieve associated information;
- and
- displaying the associated information.
