A pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment of glaucoma comprising an antagonist of CXCR3 or an inhibitor of the CXCR3 receptor expression and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A method for treating glaucoma in a subject in need thereof, comprising
- administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound which is an antagonist of CXCR3 or an inhibitor of CXCR3 receptor expression.
