Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for the production of a fertilizer precursor or of a fertilizer. The method comprises the following method steps: a) production of an acidic source solution (05) in which at least one organic acid is present in dissolved form; b) addition of the acidic source solution (05) to at least one substance containing minerals; c) artificial weathering of the minerals present in the substance containing minerals by means of the source solution. The device for producing organomineral fertilizer comprises at least one device for providing an organomineral compound or a substance containing minerals, at least one device for at least one mechanical preprocessing of the organo-mineral compound and at least one solution storage device (50) which comprises an outlet device (51) which makes possible a release of an acidic source solution (05) onto the provided mechanically pretreated compound, wherein an addition of the acidic source solution (05) to the compound triggers at least the technical weathering of the minerals comprised in the substrate.

Dependent claims

A method for producing a fertilizer precursor or a fertilizer, said method comprising the following method steps:

a) producing source solution, in which at least one dissolved organic acid is present, wherein the source solution is produced by converting a nutrient solution with a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeasts, wherein the pH value of the source solution is in a range between 0 and 3;
b) adding the source solution to at least one substance containing minerals, wherein the at least one substance containing minerals comprises rock flour in grain sizes of 10-40 μm in the at least one substance containing minerals;
and
c) artificially weathering the minerals present in the at least one substance containing minerals with the source solution, wherein artificially weathering of the at least one substance containing minerals with the source solution takes place over a period of 7-60 days.

A device for producing organomineral fertilizer, said device comprising,

at least one biomass storage device having at least one biomass outlet device releasing biomass onto a first transport device;
at least one rock flour storage device having at least one outlet device releasing rock flour onto at least one of the first transport device and a second transport device;
at least one compression device receiving a substance containing minerals from the first transport device, said at least one compression device compressing and heating said substance and releasing the substance onto a second transport device;
a controlling device controlling at least one of said first transport device, said second transport device, and at least one of said outlet devices and the at least one compression device;
and
a solution storage device having an outlet device releasing an acidic source solution onto the second transport device downstream of the at least one compression device, wherein the solution storage device includes a solution receiving device receiving a solution from a conversion device, wherein the conversion device converts a nutrient solution with a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeasts, wherein an addition of the acidic source solution to the substance containing minerals present on the second transport device triggers artificial weathering of the minerals contained in the substance.
