Claims24
A method of predicting and/or diagnosing a cardiovascular disorder comprising:
- determining in a sample obtained from an individual the level of at least 2 microRNAs selected from the group consisting of miR-126, miR-223 and miR-197;
- or selected from the group consisting of miR-126, miR-24 and miR-197.
A method of determining whether an individual has diabetes comprising:
- determining in a sample obtained from the individual the level of the following microRNAs:
- miR-15a, miR-126, miR223, miR-320 and miR-28-3p.
A method of predicting diabetes comprising:
- determining in a sample obtained from an individual the level of the following microRNAs:
- miR-15a, miR-29b, miR-126, miR223 and miR-28-3p.
A sensor that detects levels of at least 2 of the following microRNAs:
- i. miR-126, miR-223 and miR-197;
- or
- ii. miR-126, miR-24 and miR-197.
A kit comprising reagents that detect level of at least 2 of the following microRNAs:
- i. miR-126, miR-223 and miR-197;
- or
- ii. miR-126, miR-24 and miR-197.
A method of predicting or diagnosing a vasculature disorder comprising:
- determining in a sample obtained from an individual level of microRNA miR-126.
