An influenza vaccine comprising the M2e peptide and at least one peptide derived from the HA2 protein of influenza virus, wherein said peptides are fused to Dps as fusion proteins.
A method of inducing immune responses against influenza virus in a human or animal comprising administering to said human or animal an immunogenic composition consisting of the M2e peptide or a fragment thereof and the fusion peptide or fragment thereof derived from the HA2 protein of influenza virus;
- wherein said M2e and fusion peptides are fused to a carrier protein as fusion proteins.
