Abstract
In an autoanalyzer for analyzing a specimen such as urine and blood, protecting a measurement value of analysis from influence of a dispensing nozzle repeatedly used. For this purpose, a phosphonic acid derivative or a phosphoric acid derivative is chemically adsorbed on the surface of the dispensing nozzle. In this manner, a molecular layer for suppressing adsorption of biopolymers or adhesion of a specimen per se is formed on the nozzle surface to prevent accuracy of analysis from being influenced.
Claims13
An autoanalyzer comprising
- a plurality of specimen containers each containing a specimen,
- a plurality of reagent containers each containing a reagent,
- a plurality of reaction cells into which the specimen and the reagent are to be injected,
- a specimen dispensing mechanism which injects the specimen in the specimen container into the reaction cell, and
- a reagent dispensing mechanism which injects the reagent in the reagent container into the reaction cell,
- wherein the specimen dispensing mechanism has a dispensing nozzle on the surface of which a phosphonic acid derivative or a phosphoric acid derivative having polyethylene glycol at a terminal is chemically adsorbed.
A dispensing nozzle for the autoanalyzer comprising a nozzle substrate on the surface of which a phosphonic acid derivative or phosphoric acid derivative having polyethylene glycol at a terminal is chemically adsorbed.
A method for producing a dispensing nozzle for an autoanalyzer used for injecting a specimen in a specimen container into a reaction cell, comprising the steps of
- washing a main body surface of the dispensing nozzle for an autoanalyzer,
- soaking the main body surface washed in a solution of a phosphonic acid derivative or a phosphoric acid derivative to coat the main body surface with the phosphonic acid derivative or the phosphoric acid derivative, and
- immobilizing a molecule to the coated terminal functional group of the phosphonic acid derivative or the phosphoric acid derivative.
