Abstract
Image acquisition systems are described herein. One image acquisition system includes an image recording device configured to determine and record a tracking error associated with a raw image of a moving subject, and a computing device configured to deblur the raw image using the tracking error.
Claims20
An image acquisition system, comprising:
- an image recording device configured to determine and record a tracking error associated with a raw image of a moving subject;
- and
- a computing device configured to deblur the raw image using the tracking error.
A method of operating an image acquisition system, comprising:
- determining and recording a tracking error associated with a raw image of a moving subject;
- determining a convolution kernel based, at least in part, on the tracking error;
- and
- applying the convolution kernel to the raw image to produce a deblurred image.

- an image recording device, wherein the image recording device includes:
- a sensing element configured to capture a motion-stabilized image of a moving subject;
- and
- a controller configured to determine and record a tracking error associated with the image;
- and
- a computing device configured to remove a blur from the image using the tracking error.
