### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if the mobile terminal enters a sleep mode from a normal mode, the controller is further configured to deactivate the specific wireless communication module, and if the mobile terminal enters the normal mode from the sleep mode, the controller is further configured to activate the specific wireless communication module.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if the specific application is activated on a first time zone, the controller is further configured to activate the specific wireless communication module, and if the specific application is activated on a second time zone different from the first time zone, the controller is further configured not to activate the specific wireless communication module.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein if the specific application is activated in a first area, the controller is further configured to activate the specific wireless communication module, and if the specific application is activated in a second area different from the first area, the controller is further configured not to activate the specific wireless communication module.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The mobile terminal of claim 5, wherein the controller is further configured to obtain location information of the mobile terminal from another wireless communication module different from the specific wireless communication module.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The mobile terminal of claim 6, wherein said another wireless communication module includes at least one of a position location module and a mobile communication module.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein whether another wireless communication module different than the specific wireless communication unit is activated has no relation with whether the specific application is activated.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the first wireless communication module includes one of a wireless internet module, a short range communication module, a position location module and a mobile communication module, and the second wireless communication module includes one of the wireless internet module, the short range communication module, the position location module and the mobile communication module excluding the specific wireless communication unit.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the first wireless communication module and the second wireless communication module include a wireless internet module and a mobile communication module, respectively, and if both of the first wireless communication module and the second wireless communication module are in active mode, the controller is further configured to access the internet using either the first wireless communication module or the second wireless communication module.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The mobile terminal of claim 10, wherein the controller is further configured to access the internet to be preferentially performed via the first wireless communication module.

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

The mobile terminal of claim 11, wherein if an AP (access point) accessible to the first wireless communication module is absent, the controller is further configured to access the internet via the second wireless communication module.

### Claim 13 (depends on 1)

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the first wireless communication module and the second wireless communication module include a wireless internet module and a mobile communication module, respectively, and the controller is further configured to determine whether to activate the first wireless communication module based on AP (access point) information received from a base station via the second wireless communication module.

### Claim 14 (depends on 1)

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to display an indicator on a corresponding icon of the specific application to indicate whether the first wireless communication module will be automatically activated or deactivated.

### Claim 15 (depends on 1)
