## Abstract

Provided is a masticatory solid composition including the following components (A) and (B): (A) wheat albumin, and (B) erythritol, xylitol, or a combination thereof, wherein a content mass ratio of the component (B) to the component (A) [(B)/(A)] is 0.25 or more.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A masticatory solid composition comprising the following components (A) and (B):
(A) wheat albumin, and
(B) erythritol, xylitol, or a combination thereof, wherein
a content mass ratio of the component (B) to the component (A) [(B)/(A)] is 0.25 or more.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The masticatory solid composition according to claim 1, wherein a content of the wheat albumin (A) in the masticatory solid composition is 10 to 70% by mass.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The masticatory solid composition according to claim 1, wherein the wheat albumin (A) comprises 10 to 60% by mass of 0.19-wheat albumin (a).

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The masticatory solid composition according to claim 1, further comprising a carbonate (C), wherein
the content mass ratio of the wheat albumin (A) to the carbonate (C) [(A)/(C)] in the solid composition is 1.5 to 16.5.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The masticatory solid composition according to claim 4, further comprising an organic acid (D), wherein
an equivalent ratio of the organic acid (D) to the carbonate (C) [equivalent (D)/equivalent (C)] is 0.7 to 1.9.

The masticatory solid composition according to claim 1, wherein the solid composition is a chewable tablet.

### Claim 7

A masticatory solid composition comprising the following components (a) and (B):
(a) 0.19-wheat albumin, and
(B) erythritol, xylitol, or a combination thereof, wherein
a content mass ratio of the component (B) to the component (a) [(B)/(a)] is 1 or more.
