In order to solve this problem, the print control apparatus includes: determining unit for determining an interval between a pattern element and a pattern element adjacent to the pattern element from the received image data; and control unit for performing a control so as to scale the image at a magnification specified by a user and have the scaled image printed by a printing apparatus when the product of the magnification specified by the user and the interval determined by the determining unit falls within a predetermined range, and configured to terminate or interrupt the printing of the image by the printing apparatus when the product of the magnification specified by the user and the interval determined by the determining unit does not fall within the predetermined range. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A print control apparatus for receiving an image including a two-dimensional code, the print control apparatus comprising: a unit configured to determine whether additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted; a determining unit configured to determine whether scaling of the received image is set; and a unit configured to terminate or interrupt the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted and that scaling of the received image is set. ### Claim 2 A print control apparatus for receiving an image including a two-dimensional code, the print control apparatus comprising: a determining unit configured to determine whether additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted; a determining unit configured to determine whether scaling of the received image is set; a unit configured to determine whether negative-positive reversal of the received image is set; and a unit configured to terminate or interrupt the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that scaling of the received image is not set and that additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted and that negative-positive reversal of the received image is set. ### Claim 3 A print control apparatus for receiving an image including a two-dimensional code, the print control apparatus comprising: a unit configured to determine whether additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted; a unit configured to determine whether a mirror image of the received image is set; and a unit configured to terminate or interrupt the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that scaling of the received image is not set and additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted and that a mirror image of the received image is set. ### Claim 4 A print control apparatus for receiving an image including a two-dimensional code, the print control apparatus comprising: a unit configured to determine whether additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted; a unit configured to determine whether an area specification of the received image is set; and a unit configured to terminate or interrupt the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that scaling of the received image is not set and that additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted and that an area specification of the received image is set. ### Claim 5 (depends on 1) The print control apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the additional information is conditional copy restricting information. ### Claim 6 A print control apparatus comprising: a unit configured to determine whether the conditional copy restricting information is extracted from the received image; a unit configured to determine whether scaling of the received image is set; a print unit configured to print the received image provided that the condition is satisfied in a case where it is determined that conditional copy restricting information is extracted and that scaling of the received image is not set; and a unit configured to terminate or interrupt the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that conditional copy restricting information is extracted and that scaling of the received image is set which is different from the case where determined that the conditional copy restricting information is extracted and that scaling of the received image is not set. ### Claim 7 A print control method in a print control apparatus for receiving an image including a two-dimensional code, the print control method comprising the steps of: determining whether additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted; determining whether scaling of the received image is set; and terminating or interrupting the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted and that scaling of the received image is set. ### Claim 8 A print control method in a print control apparatus for receiving an image including a two-dimensional code, the print control method comprising the steps of: determining whether additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted; determining whether negative-positive reversal of the received image is set; and terminating or interrupting the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that scaling of the received image is not set and that additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted and that negative-positive reversal of the received image is set. ### Claim 9 A print control method in a print control apparatus for receiving an image including a two-dimensional code, the print control method comprising the steps of: determining whether additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted; determining whether a mirror image of the received image is set; and terminating or interrupting the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that scaling of the received image is not set and that additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted and that a mirror image of the received image is set. ### Claim 10 A print control method in a print control apparatus for receiving an image including a two-dimensional code, the print control method comprising the steps of: determining whether additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted; determining whether an area specification of the received image is set; and terminating or interrupting the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that scaling of the received image is not set and that additional information of the two-dimensional code is extracted and that an area specification of the received image is set. ### Claim 11 (depends on 7) The print control method according to claim 7, wherein the additional information is conditional copy restricting information. ### Claim 12 A print control method comprising: determining whether the conditional copy restricting information is extracted from the received image; determining whether scaling of the received image is set; printing the received image provided that the condition is satisfied in a case where it is determined that conditional copy restricting information is extracted and that scaling of the received image is not set; and terminating or interrupting the printing of the received image in a case where it is determined that conditional copy restricting information is extracted and that scaling of the received image is set which is different from the case where determined that conditional copy restricting information is extracted and that scaling of the received image is not set. ### Claim 13 (depends on 1) A program stored in a non-transitory computer readable storage medium for causing a computer to perform the print control apparatus according to claim 1.
