## Abstract

There is provided a stator that suppresses degradation in insulating performance and pressure-resisting performance without an additional insulating member, that can shorten a work time, and improve winding efficiency of a wound wire and heat radiation performance. The stator 1 includes a yoke part 10 of an annular shape, tooth winding portions 21 that protrude inward from the yoke part 10 and around which an electric wire 30 is wound, and a tooth end portion 22 formed on an inward side of the tooth winding portion. The stator 1 is formed by stacking steel plates in a direction corresponding to a rotational axis of a motor. The tooth winding portion 21 is formed by stacking the steel plates S2 to Sm having different shapes such that at an end portion in the stacking direction, thicknesses of the tooth winding portions gradually decrease toward the end portion in the stacking direction, and the yoke part 10 and the tooth end portion 22 include protruding portions 26 and 27 formed by stacking the steel plates Tm+1 to Tn, Um+1 to Un, such that the protruding portions protrude from the tooth winding portion 21 in the stacking direction.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A stator comprising:
an annular part of n annular shape;
a plurality of tooth winding portions that protrude in an inward direction from the annular part, and around which an electric wire is wound; and
a tooth end portion formed on an inward side of the tooth winding portion,
the stator being formed by stacking a plurality of steel plates in a stacking direction corresponding to a rotational axis of an electric motor,
wherein the tooth winding portion is formed by stacking a plurality of the steel plates having shapes different from one another such that at an end portion of steel plates in the stacking direction, thicknesses of the tooth winding portions gradually decrease toward the end portion in the stacking direction, and
the annular part and the tooth end portion each include a protruding portion formed by stacking a plurality of the steel plates such that the protruding portion protrudes from the tooth winding portion in the stacking direction.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The stator according to claim 1, wherein the protruding portion is formed by stacking a plurality of the steel plates having shapes different from one another such that thickness of the protruding portion gradually decreases toward the end portion in the stacking direction.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The stator according to claim 1, wherein the steel plates used for the protruding portion includes an outside steel plate provided at the annular part, and an inside steel plate provided at the tooth end portion.
