Abstract
A printing apparatus according to one aspect of this invention includes an assigning unit configured to assign the original images of a plurality of pages to the obverse surfaces and reverse surfaces of a plurality of sheets in the page order. The printing apparatus further includes a printing control unit configured to, when reverse order output of the original images of the plurality of pages is instructed, control to print the original images of the plurality of pages from a sheet to which the assigning unit assigns the original image of the final page out of the plurality of pages.
Claims7
A printing apparatus comprising:
- an assigning unit configured to assign original images of a plurality of pages to obverse surfaces and reverse surfaces of a plurality of sheets in a page order;
- and
- a printing control unit configured to, when reverse order output of the original images of the plurality of pages is instructed, control to print the original images of the plurality of pages from a sheet to which said assigning unit assigns an original image of a final page out of the plurality of pages.
A printing apparatus control method comprising:
- assigning original images of a plurality of pages to obverse surfaces and reverse surfaces of a plurality of sheets in a page order;
- and
- when reverse order output of the original images of the plurality of pages is instructed, controlling to print the original images of the plurality of pages from a sheet to which an original image of a final page out of the plurality of pages is assigned in the assigning.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute a printing apparatus control method, the program including:
- assigning original images of a plurality of pages to obverse surfaces and reverse surfaces of a plurality of sheets in a page order;
- and
- when reverse order output of the original images of the plurality of pages is instructed, controlling to print the original images of the plurality of pages from a sheet to which an original image of a final page out of the plurality of pages is assigned in the assigning.
