Cordless magnetic drill

A cordless magnetic drill, comprising:

• a control unit;
• a motor connected with said control unit;
• a gearbox connected with said motor for regulating the output speed of said motor;
• a first power source connected with said control unit for supplying power to said motor;
• and
• a magnetic base connected with said control unit, wherein:
• said control unit is configured and arranged to control the operation of said motor, said first power source and said magnetic base, and to establish or cut off the connection between said first power source and said motor.

A cordless magnetic drill, comprising:

• a control unit;
• a motor connected with said control unit;
• a gearbox connected with said motor for regulating the output speed of said motor;
• a power source connected with said control unit for supplying power to said motor;
• and
• a permanent magnetic chuck, wherein:
• said control unit is configured and arranged for controlling the operation of said motor and said power source, and establishing or cutting off the connection between said power source and said motor.
