A composition comprising at least one of a surfactant, and at least one of a nonfluorinated soil resist agent, and at least one of a repellent agent; a method of imparting surface effects to substrates contacted therewith; and the resulting treated substrates.

A composition comprising at least one of a surfactant, and at least one of a nonfluorinated soil resist agent, and at least one of a repellent agent, which imparts soil resistance and repellency to a substrate which has been contacted with said composition.
A method of imparting soil resistance and repellency to a substrate comprising contacting said substrate with a composition comprising at least one of a surfactant, at least one of a nonfluorinated soil resist agent, and at least one of a repellent agent.
A substrate having soil resistance and repellency which has been contacted with a composition comprising at least one of a surfactant, and at least one of a nonfluorinated soil resist agent, and at least one of a repellent agent.
