Provided herein are therapies for the treatment of pathological conditions, such as cancer, and method of using SCD1 antagonists.
Claims29
1) A method of treating a cancer cell in an individual comprising administering to the individual an effective amount of an SCD1 antagonist.
5) A method of treating cancer in an individual comprising administering to the individual an effective amount of an SCD1 antagonist.
7) A method of treating cancer in an individual comprising administering to the individual an effective amount of an SCD1 antagonist, wherein treatment is based upon the individual having cancer expressing elevated levels of one or more biomarkers compared to a reference sample, reference cell, reference tissue, control sample, control cell, control tissue, or internal control (e.g., housekeeping gene).
