A compound of formula (I);
- wherein
- R1 is C1-C6alkyl substituted by one, two or three substituents selected from hydroxy, C1-C6alkoxy or C5-C6cycloalkoxy;
- C5-C6cycloalkyl substituted by one, two or three substituents selected from hydroxy, C1-C6alkoxy or C5-C6cycloalkoxy;
- or
- R1 is
- R3 is C1-C6alkyl, hydroxy or C1-C6alkoxy-C1-C6alkyl;
- R4 is hydrogen or C1-C6alkyl;
- n is 1 or 2;
- R2 is C1-C3alkyl or C1-C3fluoroalkyl;
- and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts;
- for use in a method for the treatment, prevention or delay of progression of spasticity.
