Abstract
Disclosed are furo[3,2-g]chromene derivatives represented by formula (I), stereoisomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, as well as uses thereof as estrogen receptor modulators.
Claims13
A compound represented by formula I, a prodrug and a pharmaceutically active metabolite thereof, as well as a stereoisomer and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein
- R1 can be optionally 1, 2 or 3 groups independently selected from H, halogen, —OH, —OCH3, —CH3, —NO2, —O(CH2)n1NR3R4, —O(CH2)n2CONR5R6;
- R2 can be optionally 1, 2 or 3 groups independently selected from H, halogen, —OH, —OCH3, —CH3, —NO2, —O(CH2)n1NR3R4, —O(CH2)n2CONR5R6;
- wherein R3R4 is independently selected from methyl or ethyl, or R3R4, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a pyrrolidinyl, methylpyrrolidinyl, dimethylpyrrolidinyl, piperidyl, morpholinyl, or hexamethylene imine ring;
- n1 is an integer from 2 to 4;
- R5R6 is independently selected from methyl or ethyl, or R5R6, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a pyrrolidinyl, methylpyrrolidinyl, dimethylpyrrolidinyl, piperidyl, morpholinyl, or hexamethylene imine ring;
- or is independently selected from hydrogen and a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl ring group;
- and
- n2 is an integer from 1 to 3.
A pharmaceutical composition, comprising any one compound selected from the group consisting of a compound represented by formula I, a prodrug and a pharmaceutically active metabolite thereof, and a stereoisomer and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, as an active component;
- and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent.
Use of a compound represented by formula I or a pharmaceutical composition thereof for the preparation of a medicament useful for the treatment of a bone resorption disease, useful for the suppression of cytokine-related diseases, useful for the treatment of arthritis, or useful for the treatment or prevention of estrogen-related diseases.
