Abstract
The present invention relates to a mouse epithelial cell line constantly producing TSLP and use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for screening for a TSLP modulator using a mouse epithelial cell line (KCHM-1) constantly producing TSLP, and a method for producing wild-type TSLP using the cell line.
Claims10
A method for screening for a TSLP modulator, comprising:
- allowing a test substance to act on a KCMH-1 cell line specified by accession No. FERM BP-11368 or variant thereof having a substantially equivalent TSLP productivity thereto;
- and measuring the obtained amount of TSLP produced.
A kit for screening for a TSLP modulator, comprising a KCMH-1 cell line or variant thereof having a substantially equivalent TSLP productivity thereto.
A method for producing TSLP, comprising culturing a KCMH-1 cell line specified by accession No. FERM BP-11368 or variant thereof having a substantially equivalent TSLP productivity thereto.
