A method of determining a prognosis of a cancer in a human comprising: determining expression level of CHST11 in a cancer tissue sample or determining methylation status of CHST11 gene in a cancer tissue sample. CHST11 is Carbohydrate (Chondroitin 4) Sulfotransferase 11.

A method of determining a prognosis of a cancer in a human comprising:
- determining expression level of CHST11 in a cancer tissue sample or determining methylation status of CHST11 gene in a cancer tissue sample.
