Abstract
A semiconductor laser driving circuit supplies a drive current to a semiconductor laser diode connected to an output terminal based on an input signal inputted thereto through an input terminal, thereby controlling the semiconductor laser diode. The semiconductor laser driving circuit includes a first supply portion supplying a bias current, and a first supply signal having a frequency component whose frequency is equal to or lower than a first frequency of the input signal, and a second supply portion supplying a second supply signal having a frequency component whose frequency is higher than a second frequency of the input signal.
Claims6
A semiconductor laser driving circuit supplying a drive current to a semiconductor laser diode connected to an output terminal based on an input signal inputted thereto through an input terminal, thereby controlling said semiconductor laser diode, said semiconductor laser driving circuit, comprising:
- a first supply portion supplying a bias current, and a first supply signal having a frequency component whose frequency is equal to or lower than a first frequency of the input signal;
- and
- a second supply portion supplying a second supply signal having a frequency component whose frequency is higher than a second frequency of the input signal.
A semiconductor laser device, comprising:
- a semiconductor laser diode;
- and
- a semiconductor laser driving circuit supplying a drive current to said semiconductor laser diode connected to an output terminal based on an input signal inputted thereto through an input terminal, thereby controlling said semiconductor laser diode,
- wherein said semiconductor laser driving circuit includes
- a first supply portion supplying a bias current, and a first supply signal having a frequency component whose frequency is equal to or lower than a first frequency of the input signal, and
- a second supply portion supplying a second supply signal having a frequency component whose frequency is higher than a second frequency of the input signal.
