• said first modular element (3) having a first diameter (D1) and said second modular element (6) having a second diameter (D2), lower than said first diameter (D1) and being slidingly coupled with said first modular element (3) in such a way as to axially protrude from said first modular element (3) at one end (4) of said first modular element (3), said mechanical assembly (1) comprising a grasping device (2;

• characterized in that said mechanical assembly (1) comprises a cursor (5) operable by the user, axially movable along said first modular element (3) and cooperating with a elastically yielding portion (7;

• 51) and protruding from said end (4) of said first modular element (3), in order to set said elastically yielding portion (7;
• 52) between a rest position, in which said elastically yielding portion (7, 52) is released and said second modular element (6) is free to slide with respect to said first modular element (3), and an operating position, in which said elastically yielding portion (7;
• 52) is compressed by said cursor (5) in such a way to block the movement of said second modular element (6) with respect to said first modular element (3).
