- an expanding tool that comprises an outer cone for radially expanding a portion of a cutting head, the portion exhibiting a cutting edge for machining a work piece, and
- a rotatable cutting tool that comprises a cutting head with a recess, the recess exhibiting a portion designed like an inner cone.
