Method of manufacturing an electric optical device in which external connection terminals are formed

An organic EL device, the device comprising:

• a substrate that has a first edge;
• a plurality of pixel electrodes that is disposed above the substrate in a display region, the plurality of pixel electrode having a first pixel electrode and a second pixel electrode;
• a plurality of light emitting layers that is disposed above the first electrodes, the plurality of light emitting layers having a first light emitting layer disposed above the first pixel electrode and a second light emitting layer disposed above the second pixel electrode;
• a cathode that is disposed above the first light emitting layer and the second light emitting layer;
• and
• a plurality of power source lines that is disposed above the substrate outside a display region, the power source lines that have a first power source line electrically connected to the first pixel electrode and a second power source line electrically connected to the second pixel electrode,
• the first power source line having a first width and the second power source line having a second width different from the first width that extend in a first direction intersecting the first edge.
