Mold, method for manufacturing a mold and method for manufacturing a plastic of composite material product by means of said mold

A mold comprising:

• at least one lower portion and one upper portion delimiting a cavity, a molding material to be molded to be brought to a temperature Ttr of more than 20° C. capable of being introduced into the cavity and then shaped by contact with the lower and upper portions of the mold, the upper and lower portions being heated by the action of an induced current generated by at least one electromagnetic inductor,
• at least one of the lower and upper portions having a heat transfer area with the molding material, the heat transfer area comprising at least one heat transfer sub-area including at least one ferromagnetic material having a Curie point Tc between 20 and 800° C., the sub-area being in contact with the molding material and/or with a coating of a non-ferromagnetic material with a heat conductivity of more than 30 W.m−1K−1, the coating being in contact with the molding material.

The mold as recited in claim 23 wherein the heat transfer sub-areas have different Curie points.
