Abstract
An apparatus for inserting one or more goods into a moveable cover includes a goods conveyor configured to move the one or more goods with a first velocity, at least one filling aid, and a cover conveyor configured to move the cover with a second velocity, the second velocity being different from the first velocity.
Claims20
An apparatus for inserting one or more goods into a moveable cover, comprising:
- a goods conveyor configured to move the one or more goods with a first velocity;
- at least one filling aid;
- and
- a cover conveyor configured to move the cover with a second velocity, the second velocity being different from the first velocity,
- wherein the cover conveyor is configured to move the cover substantially in the goods transport direction with a cover opening arranged lateral to the cover transport direction, and
- wherein the goods conveyor and the cover conveyor are configured to move the one or more goods and the cover continuously.
An apparatus for inserting one or more goods into a moveable cover, comprising:
- a goods conveyor configured to move the one or more goods with a first velocity;
- at least one filling aid;
- and
- a cover conveyor configured to move the cover with a second velocity, the second velocity being different from the first velocity,
- wherein the cover conveyor is configured to move the cover substantially in the goods transport direction with a cover opening arranged lateral to the cover transport direction, and
- wherein the goods conveyor and the cover conveyor are configured to move the one or more goods and the cover continuously,
- wherein the apparatus comprises an additional cover conveyor configured to transport the filled envelope with a velocity higher than the cover conveyor, higher than a velocity of the filling aid and/or higher than a velocity of the goods transport.
A method for inserting one or more goods into a moving cover, comprising:
- moving the one or more goods with a first velocity;
- moving a filling aid;
- and
- moving the cover with a second velocity which is different from the first velocity,
- wherein the cover is moved substantially in the goods transport direction with a cover opening arranged lateral to the cover transport direction, and
- wherein the one or more goods and the cover are moved continuously.
A method for inserting one or more goods into a moveable cover, comprising:
- moving the one or more goods with a first velocity;
- moving a filling aid;
- moving the cover with a second velocity, the second velocity being different from the first velocity, wherein the cover is moved substantially in the goods transport direction with a cover opening arranged lateral to the cover transport direction, and wherein the one or more goods and the cover are moved continuously;
- and
- drawing the filled cover off the filing aid by transporting the filled envelope with a velocity higher than a velocity of the filling aid.
