• Y is a direct bond or furanylene;
• Z1 is an arylene or heteroaromatic group;
• Z2 is a direct bond, a SO2NH, CONH or NHCONH group;
• Z3 is an aryl or heteroaromatic group;
• Z4 is CH2 or NR1;
• Z5 is H, OH, C(O)OR1 or P(O)(OR1)2;
• Z6 is, OR1 or NHR2;
• each R1 is independently H or an alkyl group;
• each R2 is independently H or a CN, OH or SO2CH3 group;
• and
• n is 0, 1 or 2,
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or polymorph thereof.
