Polymer coated ferrite fine particles and method for preparing polymer coated ferrite fine particles

A method for preparing polymer coated ferrite fine particles, the method comprising the steps of preparing a mixed aqueous solution dissolved therein ferrous iron ion and polyacrylic acid and then chelating the polyacrylic acid to the ferrous iron ion;

• adding alkaline to the mixed aqueous solution;
• adding sodium nitrate to the mixed aqueous solution after addition of the alkaline;
• and
• heating the mixed aqueous solution after addition of an oxidizer under pressure in a temperature condition beyond 100 Celsius degrees.

A polymer coated ferrite fine particles, the polymer coated ferrite fine particles being prepared by the process comprising the steps of:

• preparing a mixed aqueous solution dissolved therein ferrous iron ion and polyacrylic acid and;
• adding alkaline to the mixed aqueous solution;
• adding an oxidizer to the mixed aqueous solution after addition of the alkaline;
• and
• heating the mixed aqueous solution after addition of the oxidizer under pressure in a temperature condition beyond 100 Celsius degrees.
