Abstract

A crop sprayer includes a main frame. A product tank and a rinse tank are supported by the main frame. A battery is also supported by the main frame. A framework is supported by the main frame that defines a routing space. A control panel is attached to the framework that defines at least a first panel opening, a second panel opening, and a third panel opening. A first fluid line is connected between a first fluid outlet and the product tank. The first fluid line extends through the routing space and the first panel opening. A second fluid line is connected between the second fluid outlet and the rinse tank. The second fluid line extends through the routing space and the second panel opening. A first electrical switch is supported by the framework adjacent to the third opening. Electrical wiring extends between the first electrical switch and the battery, the electrical wiring also extending through the routing space.

Dependent claims

A crop sprayer, comprising:

a main frame;
a product tank supported by said main frame;
a rinse tank supported by said main frame;
a battery supported by said main frame;
a framework supported by said main frame and defining a routing space;
a control panel attached to said framework and defining at least a first panel opening, a second panel opening, and a third panel opening;
a first fluid outlet;
a first fluid line connected between said first fluid outlet and said product tank, said first fluid line extending through said routing space and said first panel opening;
a second fluid outlet;
a second fluid line connected between said second fluid outlet and said rinse tank, said second fluid line extending through said routing space and said second panel opening;
a first electrical switch supported by said framework, said first electrical switch being positioned adjacent to said third opening;
and
electrical wiring extending between said first electrical switch and said battery, said electrical wiring also extending through said routing space.

A fill station for a crop sprayer, the fill station comprising:

a support frame assembly secured to a main frame of the crop sprayer, said support frame including i) an upper support member having an inner edge portion positioned proximate said main frame and an outer edge portion located distally with respect to said main frame, said upper support member defining a space below said upper support member, ii) a panel attachment structure proximate said outer edge portion, and iii) a plurality of bracket structures positioned within said space;
a front panel member attached to said panel attachment structure, said front panel member defining a plurality of openings;
a first nozzle assembly supported at least partially in said space by said bracket structures, said first nozzle assembly being fluidly coupled to a product tank assembly of said crop sprayer;
a second nozzle assembly supported at least partially in said space by said bracket structures, said second nozzle assembly being fluidly coupled to a rinse tank assembly of said crop sprayer;
a direction control valve assembly supported at least partially in said space by said bracket structures, said direction control valve assembly being fluidly coupled to said product tank assembly and said rinse tank assembly;
a hand rinse assembly supported in said space by said bracket structures, said hand rinse assembly including a hand rinse nozzle portion for dispensing a hand rinse fluid;
and
a first wiring assembly supported in said space by said bracket structures, said first wiring assembly including a first wiring portion electrically coupled to a positive battery terminal of a battery of said crop sprayer, and a second wiring portion electrically coupled to a negative battery terminal of said battery;
wherein:
said first nozzle assembly includes a first nozzle portion that extends from said space through a first opening of said plurality of openings defined in the first panel;
said second nozzle assembly includes a second nozzle portion that extends from said space through a second opening of said plurality of openings;
said direction control valve assembly includes a valve control portion that extends from said space through a third opening of said plurality of openings, said valve control portion including a valve positioning member located exterior to said space;
said hand rinse nozzle portion extends from said space through a fourth opening of said plurality of openings;
said first wiring portion includes a first connector portion positioned proximate a fifth opening of said plurality of openings;
said second wiring portion includes a second connector portion positioned proximate a sixth opening of said plurality of openings.
