Abstract
A non-expandable intravaginal pessary device. The device has a top and a bottom, and a sidewall that extends between the top and the bottom. The sidewall, top and bottom form an outer periphery defining a total area of the device. The device has an interior that is substantially enclosed by the top, the bottom, and the sidewall. The sidewall has a convex bottom portion, a mid-section, and a convex top portion. The convex bottom portion connects the bottom to the mid-section, and the convex upper portion connects the top to the mid-section. The convex bottom portion has a maximum diameter of less than about 25 mm, and the mid-section has a maximum diameter less than the maximum diameter of the convex bottom portion.

A non-expandable intravaginal pessary device, the device having a top and a bottom, the device having a sidewall that extends between the top and the bottom, the sidewall, top and bottom forming an outer periphery defining a total area of the device, the device having an interior that is substantially enclosed by the top, the bottom, and the sidewall, the sidewall comprising a convex bottom portion, a mid-section, and a convex top portion, the convex bottom portion connecting the bottom to the mid-section, the convex upper portion connecting the top to the mid-section, and the mid-section having a maximum diameter less than the maximum diameter of the convex bottom portion.
A non-expandable intravaginal pessary device, the device having a top, a bottom, and a length measured along a longitudinal axis from the top to the bottom, the device having a sidewall that extends between the top and the bottom, the sidewall, top, and bottom forming an outer periphery defining a total area of the device, the outer periphery comprising a convex portion and a concave portion, the device having a maximum diameter of less than about 25 mm, and a length less than about 60 mm.
A non-expandable intravaginal pessary device, the device having a top, a bottom, and a length measured along a longitudinal axis from the top to the bottom, the device having a sidewall that extends between the top and the bottom, the sidewall, top, and bottom forming an outer periphery defining a total area of the device, and an inner periphery defining an open area, the device having a maximum diameter of less than about 25 mm, and a length less than about 60 mm.
