Abstract
In a method for cooling liquid, when a liquid containing a volatile component and a surfactant is supplied to an atmosphere having a pressure which is lower than or equal to the saturated vapor pressure of the volatile component so that at least a portion of the volatile component is vaporized, whereby the liquid is cooled, a gas other than the volatile component is introduced into the atmosphere having the pressure so that the gas contacts the liquid.
Claims28
A method for cooling liquid, wherein
- when a liquid containing a volatile component and 10 to 99 mass % of a surfactant is supplied to an atmosphere having a pressure which is lower than or equal to the saturated vapor pressure of the volatile component so that at least a portion of the volatile component is vaporized, whereby the liquid is cooled, a gas other than the volatile component is introduced into the atmosphere having the pressure so that the gas contacts the liquid.
A method for cooling a liquid containing a volatile component and 10 to 99 mass % of a surfactant by supplying the liquid to an atmosphere having a pressure which is lower than or equal to the saturated vapor pressure of the volatile component and thereby vaporizing at least a portion of the volatile component, wherein
- a flying time of the liquid defined as a value obtained by dividing a flying distance of the liquid by an initial speed of the liquid represented by:
- the liquid initial speed=a volume flow rate of the liquid during supply/a supply area of the liquid (I)
- is 0.030 sec or more.
The method of 10, wherein
- the volatile component contained in the liquid is water.
The method of 10, wherein
- the liquid is supplied using a spray nozzle.
