Abstract
The present invention is related to a M. tuberculosis fusion protein, polynucleotide coding for said protein, and a vector and host cell that contain said polynucleotide. The present invention also involves the preparation of said fusion protein, and the use thereof in preventions and treatment of tuberculosis.

A polynucleotide encoding on M. tuberculosis fusion protein comprising an amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:
- 7, or comprising an amino acid sequence with one to five amino acid substitution, deletion and addition in SEQ ID NO:
- 7, wherein the fusion protein possesses immunogenic activity of M, tuberculosis antigen.
A method of preventing or treating tuberculosis of individuals, comprising:
- administrating an M. tuberculosis fusion protein comprising an amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:
- 7, or comprising an amino acid sequence with one to five amino acid substitution, deletion and addition in SEQ ID NO:
- 7, wherein the fusion protein possesses immunogenic activity of M. tuberculosis antige or the polynucleotide encoding said fusion protein to the individuals.
A method for diagnosing tuberculosis of an individual, comprising:
- contacting a sample from the individual to an M. tuberculosis fusion protein comprising an amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:
- 7, or comprising an amino acid sequence with one to five amino acid substitution, deletion and addition in SEQ ID NO:
- 7, wherein the fusion protein possesses immunogenic activity of M. tuberculosis antigen or the polynucleotide encoding said fusion protein.
