Abstract
A digital camera according to the present invention includes a CCD, an image display section, and a CPU. The CPU controls the CCD to perform consecutive image-capturing, and generates a wide-range image based on a plurality of images consecutively captured by the CCD. In addition, the CPU detects a predetermined trigger indicating the completion of consecutive image-capturing in a predetermined direction by the CCD. Furthermore, the CPU displays on the image display section information indicating a range to be consecutively captured by the CCD to generate a panoramic image, while changing the information every time the predetermined trigger is detected.
Claims8
An image processing device comprising:
- an imaging section;
- a display section;
- an imaging control section which controls the imaging section to perform consecutive image-capturing;
- a wide-range image generating section which generates a wide-range image based on a plurality of images consecutively captured by the imaging section;
- a detecting section which detects a predetermined trigger indicating completion of consecutive image-capturing in a predetermined direction by the imaging section;
- and
- a display control section which displays on the display section information indicating a range to be consecutively captured by the imaging section, while changing the information when the predetermined trigger is detected.
An image processing method comprising:
- an imaging control step of performing consecutive image-capturing by an imaging section;
- a wide-range image generating step of generating a wide-range image based on a plurality of images consecutively captured by the imaging section;
- a detecting step of detecting a predetermined trigger indicating completion of consecutive image-capturing in a predetermined direction by the imaging section;
- and
- a display control step of displaying on a display section information indicating a range to be consecutively captured by the imaging section to generate the wide-range image, while changing the information when the predetermined trigger is detected in the detecting step.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program that is executable by a computer of an image processing device that performs image processing, the program being executable by the computer to perform functions comprising:
- imaging control processing for controlling an imaging section to perform consecutive image-capturing;
- wide-range image generation processing for generating a wide-range image based on a plurality of images consecutively captured by the imaging section;
- detection processing for detecting a predetermined trigger indicating completion of consecutive image-capturing in a predetermined direction by the imaging section;
- and
- display control processing for displaying on a display section information indicating a range to be consecutively captured by the imaging section to generate the wide-range image, while changing the information when the predetermined trigger is detected.
