Abstract
Embodiments of the disclosed technology provide to a thin film transistor array substrate comprising a first base substrate; a gate line formed on the first base substrate; and two data lines separately formed on the first base substrate; wherein the two data lines are located on both sides of the gate line respectively in the direction of data signal transmission but do not overlap with the gate line. The two data lines can be electrically connected through conductive elements for transmitting data signals.
Claims15
A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate comprising:
- a first base substrate;
- a gate line formed on the first base substrate;
- and
- two data lines separately formed on the first base substrate;
- wherein the two data lines are respectively located on two sides of the gate line in a direction of data signal transmission but do not overlap with the gate line.
A color filter substrate comprising:
- a second base substrate;
- and
- a data transmission line formed on the second base substrate and adapted for transmitting data signals.
A display device comprising:
- a thin film transistor array substrate comprising:
- a first base substrate;
- a gate line formed on the first base substrate;
- and
- two data lines separately formed on the first base substrate, wherein the two data lines are respectively located on two sides of the gate line in a transmission direction of data signals but do not overlap with the gate line;
- and
- a color filter substrate comprising:
- a second base substrate;
- and
- a data transmission line formed on the second base substrate and adapted for transmitting data signals, wherein the data transmission line electrically connects the two data lines on the array substrate.
