Abstract
An air bypass valve device includes a case 3 and a valve assembly 5, a tenon 31 is provided to one of the case 3 and the valve assembly 5, and a tenon groove 8e is provided to the other, such that the case 3 and the valve assembly 5 are united by a tenon insertion structure.
Claims10
An air bypass valve device, comprising:
- a valve assembly in which three components of a valve for opening and closing a pressure port on a turbo charge side, a holder, and a diaphragm interposed between the valve and the holder are integrally formed;
- and
- a case in which the valve assembly is fitted,
- wherein a tenon is provided to one of the valve assembly and the case, and a tenon groove is provided to the other, and after insertion of the tenon into the tenon groove, the valve assembly and the case are relatively rotated to be united, to thereby form a tenon insertion structure.
