Described herein are compositions comprising a combination of extracts, and methods of preparing and using the same.

An oral composition comprising:
- a combination of extracts comprising an extract from Zizyphus joazeiro and a natural extract other than the extract from Zizyphus joazeiro;
- and
- an orally acceptable carrier,
- wherein the composition comprises 0.01% to 5% by weight of the combination of extracts.
