Mobile terminal and recording medium

A mobile terminal comprising:

• a display unit configured to display a display image generated based on a content which is acquired;
• a touched divided region detector configured to detect a divided region which is touched from among divided regions formed by virtually dividing a screen of the display unit;
• a storage configured to store a table in which the divided region is associated with an area having a display image to be preferentially generated among display images generated based on the content;
• an image processor configured to, when the screen of the display unit is touched, refer to the table, specify an area corresponding to the divided region detected by the touched divided region detector, and generate the display image corresponding to the area specified in the content;
• and
• a display controller configured to display the display image generated by the image processor on the display unit in accordance with displacement of a position which is touched.
