Abstract
A position detection sensor which includes a first atomic oscillator and a sensor-side transmitter, and outputs a sensor output signal, a base station apparatus which includes a base station-side receiver, which wirelessly receives the sensor output signal, and a second atomic oscillator, a comparator which compares the phase of an output signal from the first atomic oscillator and the phase of an output signal from the second atomic oscillator, and outputs a phase comparison signal, a storage which stores a defined value of the phase comparison signal, and a displacement detector which detects displacement of the position detection sensor by comparing the phase comparison signal and the defined value are included.
Claims9
A position detection system, comprising:
- a position detection sensor which includes a first atomic oscillator and a sensor-side transmitter, and outputs a sensor output signal;
- a base station apparatus which includes a base station-side receiver, which wirelessly receives the sensor output signal, and a second atomic oscillator;
- a comparator which compares a phase of an output signal from the first atomic oscillator and a phase of an output signal from the second atomic oscillator, and outputs a phase comparison signal;
- a storage which stores a defined value of the phase comparison signal;
- and
- a displacement detector which detects displacement of the position detection sensor by comparing the phase comparison signal and the defined value.
