Abstract
A circuit for providing an AC signal includes an amplifier having an input and an output. A sinusoidal signal is applicable at the input of the amplifier. The output of the amplifier is connected to the input via a lowpass filter or via a part of the lowpass filter.

A circuit for providing an AC signal, the circuit comprising:
- an amplifier including an input and an output,
- wherein the input is connected to receive a sinusoidal signal, and
- wherein the output of the amplifier is connected to the input of the amplifier via a lowpass filter or a part of the lowpass filter.
A method for providing an AC signal using a circuit comprising an amplifier that includes an input and an output, the method comprising:
- applying a sinusoidal signal at the input of the amplifier;
- and
- connecting the output of the amplifier to the input of the amplifier via a lowpass filter or a part of the lowpass filter.
