Abstract
This invention is designed to provide a device for sideways movement which will permit an element to move laterally, such as a set of portable x-ray equipment which is affixed to said device.

Device for sideways movement for a mobile element or unit (3) characterized in that it is provided with pulleys (1.2) solid to an activation pedal (1) articulated to a frame (2), where the pulleys (1.2) are displaced by guides (4) when the pedal (1) is activated, in turn displacing the pulleys (1.2), guides (4) and wheels (5) solid to these in a vertical direction with respect to the frame (2).
