Abstract
An organic optoelectronic device, such as an organic light emitting device, includes an anode, a cathode and an active organic layer between the anode and the cathode. The cathode includes a layer including a complex salt, a first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer over the first conductive layer, and provides a stable device.
Claims18
An organic optoelectronic device comprising an anode, a cathode, and an active organic layer between the anode and the cathode, wherein the cathode comprises a layer comprising a complex salt, a first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer over the first conductive layer.
A method of forming an organic optoelectronic device comprising the steps of:
- providing an anode;
- depositing a layer comprising an active organic material;
- depositing a layer comprising a complex salt;
- and
- depositing a first conductive layer.
