A pump system, comprising:
- a valve body;
- a piston;
- a trigger;
- a spring;
- a valve;
- a valve retainer;
- and
- a blown-in dip tube connector.
A pump system, comprising:
- a container comprising a blown-in dip tube;
- a trigger sprayer, comprising:
- a valve body, comprising:
- a piston chamber;
- a fluid passageway;
- and
- at least one connector;
- a piston positioned in the piston chamber;
- a trigger in communication with the piston;
- a spring;
- a valve in the fluid passageway;
- a valve retainer seated in the fluid passageway;
- and
- a blown-in dip tube connector connected to the at least one connector of the valve body.
An improved blown-in dip tube connection for a pump system having a blown-in dip tube connected to a valve body of a trigger sprayer, wherein the improvement comprises at least one dip tube seal integral to the blown-in dip tube connection wherein the at least one dip tube seal mates with a blown-in dip tube of a container.
