Abstract
A harmony synthesizer is described for harmonizing vocal signals. The harmony synthesizer performing a method comprising receiving an input vocal signal; identifying a pitch trace of the vocal signal; aligning the harmonization interval vector(s) to the pitch trace of the vocal input signal to form an aligned harmonization pitch trace; and synthesizing harmonization vocals according to the aligned harmonization pitch trace.

A method for harmonizing vocal signals, the method comprising:
- receiving an input vocal signal;
- identifying a pitch trace of the vocal signal;
- aligning a harmonization interval vector to the pitch trace of the vocal input signal to form an aligned harmonization pitch trace;
- and
- synthesizing harmonization vocals according to the aligned harmonization pitch trace.
A harmony synthesizer for harmonizing vocal signals, the harmony synthesizer comprising:
- an interpretation unit configured to receive an input of the vocal signals and identifying a pitch trace of the vocal signals;
- an alignment unit configured to align a pitch trace of harmonization signals to the pitch trace of the vocal signals;
- and
- a speech synthesizer configured to synthesize the vocal signals to the harmonization signals.
