Claims18
An article of manufacture for providing anatomical support to a foot of a user, comprising:
- a material in sheet form for releasably retaining adhesive coated parts;
- a plurality of elongated adhesively coated parts releasably retained on said material;
- a first one of said parts having a plurality of tabs at an end thereof;
- said first one of said parts removable from said material to be releasably adhered to an outer skin surface of a sole of the foot with said plurality of tabs adhered to an outer skin surface a distance from the sole of the foot;
- and
- a second one of said parts removable from said material to be releasably adhered to an outer skin surface of an arch region of the foot generally transversely to a longitudinal axis of the foot;
- whereby
- said first one and said second one of said parts adhered to the outer skin surfaces of the sole and the arch region of the foot provide anatomical support to the foot of the user.
An article of manufacture for providing anatomical support to a foot of a user, comprising:
- a material in sheet form for releasably retaining adhesive coated parts;
- a plurality of elongated adhesively coated parts releasably retained on said material;
- a first one of said parts having two tabs at an end thereof;
- said first one of said parts removable from said material to be releasably adhered to an outer skin surface of a sole of the foot with said plurality of tabs adhered to an outer skin surface a distance from the sole of the foot;
- a second one of said parts removable from said material to be releasably adhered to an outer skin surface of an arch region of the foot generally transversely to a longitudinal axis of the foot;
- and
- a third one of said parts having a generally rectangular configuration and removable from said material to be releasably adhered to an outer skin surface of the foot generally transversely to the longitudinal axis of the foot in a region of the foot selected from the arch region, the heel region, or the ball of foot region;
- wherein
- said first one, said second one, and said third one of said parts adhered to the outer skin surfaces of the foot in the recited regions provide anatomical support to the foot of the user.
An article of manufacture for providing anatomical support to a foot of a user, comprising:
- a material in sheet form for releasably retaining adhesive coated parts;
- a plurality of elongated adhesively coated woven fabric parts releasably retained on said material;
- a first one of said parts removable from said material to be releasably adhered to an outer skin surface of an arch region of the foot generally transversely to a longitudinal axis of the foot, and of sufficient length to adhere to a sole portion, a side portion, and a top portion, of the foot when applied generally transversely to the longitudinal axis of the foot;
- wherein
- said first one of said parts adhered to the outer skin surfaces of the sole portion, side portion, and top portion in the arch region of the foot provides anatomical support to the foot of the user.
