Abstract
Aqueous liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising a) almotriptan and b) at least one compound selected from i) 1′-methyl-5-((pyrrolidin-1-ylsulfonyl)methyl)spiro[indoline-3,3′-pyrrolidin]-2-ol, and ii) 3-(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl)-5-((pyrrolidin-1-ylsulfonyl)methyl)-1H-indol-2-ol.

An aqueous liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising a) almotriptan, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof, and b) at least one compound selected from
- i) 1′-methyl-5-((pyrrolidin-1-ylsulfonyl)methyl)spiro[indoline-3,3′-pyrrolidin]-2-ol, and
- ii) 3-(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl)-5-((pyrrolidin-1-ylsulfonyl)methyl)-1H-indol-2-ol.

An aqueous liquid composition comprising compound i) 1′-methyl-5-((pyrrolidin-1-ylsulfonyl)methyl)spiro[indoline-3,3′-pyrrolidin]-2-01, and/or compound ii) 3-(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl)-5-((pyrrolidin-1-ylsulfonyl)methyl)-1H-indol-2-ol, wherein compound i) or ii) are added in an amount sufficient to improve the stability of almotriptan.
A method of improving the stability of almotriptan, comprising adding compound i) 1′-methyl-5-((pyrrolidin-1-ylsulfonyl)methyl)spiro[indoline-3,3′-pyrrolidin]-2-ol, and/or compound ii) 3-(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl)-5-((pyrrolidin-1-ylsulfonl)methyl)-1H-indol-2-ol to an aqueous liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising almotriptan in an amount sufficient to improve the stability of the almotriptan composition.
