A pegboard substrate is provided having holes on a surface thereof. The holes of the pegboard are configured to receive a plurality of components that interchangeably fit into the pegboard substrate to form a stretching station. The plurality of components may include pegs directly received in the holes and a seat, a handle, or a platform connected to at least one peg. The pegboard substrate together with the plurality of components received by the holes forms a modular stretching station for an individual to stretch any number of body parts to warm-up muscles prior to engaging in a physical activity. The pegboard substrate may be large enough to accommodate several stretching stations thereby forming a circuit such that a group of individuals can use the apparatus to stretch simultaneously. Add-on items may be provided including: vending machines, informational or marketing displays, trash cans, hand wipe dispensers, and the like.
